    DO NOT USE!!! This One Call is an absolute joke and extremely unprofessional. They installed a hot water heater at my home just 3 years ago. I purchased a 10 year warranty from them. Well it started leaking. My garage was flooded with water. I called One Call and was told that they were too busy to get to me at that time and was told to call them back in two days. Well I waited and called them back. I was then told that they were on a big job and didnt have anyone available to get to me. I expressed my concern about the water damaging being caused by waiting. I was told they would call me back. They didnt! I waited all day again. I called yet again the next day and was told **** would call me. He did and told me to send him pictures of what was going on. I sent pictures and never heard from him. I called back to the office yet again a day later and AGAIN was told they would call me back. They did NOT call me back. I could not wait any longer. I called another company who came the very next morning and found that the hot water heater had split open (bad unit). I called One Call to let them know and they said that they only warranty the work for one year. Ok. Understood. But I bought and extended warranty from One Call. Now what? I was then told once again that they would call me back. Its been three days and I STILL have not heard from them.If you are considering using One Call please reconsider and use someone else. Very unprofessional company and have obviously proven that they only care about getting your money. I will follow up with the BBB about One Call Floridas actions.
