            On 6/2/23 we paid for a bunk bed and the business agreed to hold until we got back in town to pick it up. We picked it up in the boxes on 6/4/23. After we got it home we discovered it was 2 different colors, which is no big deal we were going to make it work. 2 nights later we went to build it and the boxes are 2 different beds all together. One is a twin over full and one is a twin over queen. So they are both missing a box to make them a complete bed to build. We contacted ****** and he basically said its not his problem and we should have opened the boxes at the store. But if we opened it at the store we still would not have discovered that until we started to build it (which wouldnt have been at the store) He will not answer us back and we are now stuck with pieces that dont even go together. We tried going up to the store but the employee says we have to talk to him and there is nothing she can do about it.
