    Our small 16 unit condo Association first hired a large structural engineering firm for our Milestone Survey, which proved to be a mistake. We needed a smaller firm with the same level of expertise and a more personal approach. Fortunately, S. Engineering was recommended and from first contact, it proved to be the right move. Chris S. listened, understood our concerns, and demonstrated patience and thoroughness while we terminated the old contract to sign him to our Milestone project. He expeditiously delivered plans for the project, took time to answer all our questions, and works very well with our restoration contractor. Most importantly, his thoroughness exposed concerns the first engineering firm did not include in their assessment of our project, which ultimately makes us far more confident in the outcome of our restoration. We're about half way through the Milestone project and look forward to arriving at the end result with Smyth Engineering's partnership, expertise, and genuine understanding of our needs.

    Smyth Engineering has been a Godsend and I look forward to working with them in the future. They were knowledgeable and fantastic with follow up. They worked with me through the end of the project. Their communication is amazing!!! I have never handled a construction project and they walked me through the process and helped me every step of the way. Absolutely amazing!!!

    We were lucky to come across Smyth Engineering, **** at a trade show last year. We had been working with another company for several years and although they were very good, we were looking for a company that would give us more individual attentions for a variety of current and future projects.When I call I usually am able to speak with the Owner ***********, but when I can't his associates are always able to help me or ***** will call me back himself. Their drawings are always detailed with all the information that we need and much more. They always listen to what we want and give us what is best, because what we want *** not be realistic or cost effective.I would recommend them for any project that you need.Sincerely, ***************, Project Manager RP *****************

    Chris from Smyth Engineering performed the Milestone inspection at the Condo building I manage in Sunny Isle Beach. Very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Always answered my calls as well as a quick response to all my emails. I highly recommend Chris to all that are looking to hire an engineer !!

    Smyth Engineering did an excellent inspection, very honest decent fee. One of the few Engineering business a real pleasant to do business with. ************************** Smyth took so much time and was kind enough to deliver the documentation to the *************** himself. Awesome gesture. I called *********** many times during the process of submitting the report to the City and I did not have any issue or problem getting hold of him or responding to my emails immediately. I would highly recommend Smyth Engineering. Job done in a timely matter.Thank you ****************

    Smyth Engineering performed a Milestone and SIRS Inspection on one of the properties I manage. They did an excellent job and were extremely responsive and detail oriented. They did the work promptly and efficiently and ***** answers the phone every time I call with a question. I highly recommend them and I will be using them again.****
