    We bought a house (Rocky Point) that recently had new AC system installed. We saw Grateful sticker on unit. So, I called to get on maintenance program. Just so happen the owner answered the phone. He said before we set that up. Lets get units moved to your name for warranty. Did it was very easy. So, I did that and called Grateful again to say it was done and wanted a service call. A very nice lady said your house has a maintenance program still available too you. Than she said lets set up a date for guys to come out. I said how much is that? She said it free old owners paid already. Than two very helpful guys came. Check and repair 2 little things they found and said there is an update on outside unit and we will come back next week and install at no charge. At this point I am floored by there company. All I can say is if you need a honest AC company Grateful is your company.
