On 11/09/24 at 1pm I paid 480 dollars in total to have eyebrows tattooed on, I have alopecia and ********** ****** told me in a consultation that tattooing eyebrows is more permanent than microblading. My reason for doing this was because I have alopecia, so I have to draw eyebrows on everyday with a **************** In the first picture I was still healing but in the 2nd picture you see after I healed I still have no eyebrows at all and still havecto draw them on.I understood that I would need a touch up but for 480 I expected some results. When I spoke to her & showed her that it had not taken at all. She stated that I would have to pay 150 more to do anything. At first I just wanted her to finish the job I' initially paid for but now I just want a refund.

    Business Response

    Date: 04/19/2025

    To Whom It May Concern,

I, ********** ******, am writing in response to this matter to provide a detailed account regarding my client, ******* *******.

On November 9, 2024, Ms. ******* attended her scheduled consultation for permanent brow makeup. During the consultation, she disclosed that she has an autoimmune condition, specifically alopecia, which was her primary reason for seeking this service. We conducted a thorough discussion of the available techniques, her medical history, and the potential risks, complications, pigment retention challenges, and the overall healing process associated with permanent makeup.

Based on our discussion, we determined that the Ombre Powder Brow technique was the most appropriate option for her. I explained that, unlike traditional tattoos, permanent makeup is applied to both the epidermis and dermis layers of the skin and is therefore a two-step process that requires a follow-up session. Due to her autoimmune condition, I further advised her that multiple touch-*** may be necessary to achieve her desired results. Ms. ******* acknowledged and understood this information during the consultation and agreed to proceed.

She scheduled her appointment and received her initial procedure on November 24, 2024. Prior to beginning the session, we reviewed the information discussed during her consultation. She then completed and signed all required consent forms (copies attached). The procedure was completed without issue, and she paid the full amount of $430 (receipt attached). I advised her to schedule her follow-up session within 46 weeks to ensure proper results.

Following the procedure, Ms. ******* expressed concerns regarding pigment retention during her healing process. I reassured her that this was a normal occurrence, particularly given her autoimmune condition, and reminded her that any inconsistencies would be addressed during the touch-up appointment. However, she later expressed feelings of buyers remorse and questioned the value of the service.

I empathized with her concerns and reiterated that this outcome had been anticipated and discussed during the consultation. I reassured her that I remained committed to ensuring her satisfaction and encouraged her to attend her touch-up appointment so we could achieve the best possible results.

This letter outlines the events as they occurred. Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me via mail.

    Warm regards,
    ********** ******
