    Scammers, Scammers, Scammers: BEWARE. I asked Mike, several times if the price was an estimate or a quote. He swore to me, on a recorded line, that it was the full and final price. I put down a deposit and signed a contract. Nowhere in the contract did it say the price could change, and that I would be forced to pay more, however Mike called the next day and asked for more money to secure a carrier. Then he said it was fine and they would cover the difference, then he called the next day and asked for more money again. After I stated dozens of times that I wasn't comfortable modifying the terms of the agreement he found me a quote for double and screamed at me in a shrill voice that he only ever gave me an "estimate". Not only does this behavior break a legal statute which I was able to get from a lawyer friend, but they broke the terms of our agreement. I know they will say I owe them cancellation money because they are crooks but actually they owe me my deposit. I will take this to small claims court if I have to. Trust me Mike, I will pursue this breach of contract with every recourse I have.

Our process involves full disclosure—customers receive and sign a contract outlining all terms, including that the quoted rate is based on market conditions and may change depending on carrier availability. No final charge is made without customer consent, and no service proceeds without your approval.

    We attempted multiple times to accommodate your preferences and even offered to cover part of the increased cost to help you. However, if the terms were not acceptable to you, cancellation was always your option, and the deposit policy is clearly outlined in the contract. We’re committed to transparency and ethical service and will gladly cooperate with any formal inquiry to resolve the matter.

No service is confirmed or charged until the customer agrees and signs a contract. We understand the frustration that can come with logistics, but accusations of fraud are completely unfounded and untrue.     Review for Keep Moving Logistics LLC Date: May 8, 2025 We used Keep Moving Logistics LLC to ship our cars and had a terrible experience. They held our contract for 4 weeks, and on the scheduled pick-up day 05/07/2025, they never showed up or contacted us. The next day, a representative named *** called and demanded $2,999more than double the originally guaranteed price of $1,120.This company is a complete scam. They lure you in with a low quote, then drastically increase the price at the last minute, leaving you with few options. Highly unprofessional and dishonest. Avoid at all costs.

    From the start, we provided you with multiple driver options—more than 3–4 carriers at lower rates—but each was declined. We did everything within our power to secure drivers within your budget, but due to high demand and limited availability, carrier rates increased closer to the pickup date.

    We only presented the higher $2,999 option after all lower-cost drivers were declined, and we never dispatched a driver without your approval. No payment was collected, and no service was forced. We are still working on your order to secure a cheaper driver option for you ASAP. 



    At Keep Moving Logistics, we operate transparently and always aim to honor original estimates when the market allows. We're sorry this didn’t meet your expectations, but it's important to understand that pricing is ultimately driven by real-time carrier availability.
