So I said no problem it has now been a month and a half since and they are giving me the run around about my money. They are very unprofessional I have proof of him telling me Id get my Money back and I havent I would love my money back as it wasnt a problem for them to take it from me

I am rejecting this response because:

This response was taken verbally by the BBB:

At this time we have not received a refund and the tracking number provided show that the refund was sent to another state. I called business and spoke to them.  Business was to send a new tracking number and at this time we have not received it.

    Sincerely,

    ***********************

I have a 3 year old pit bull, on approximately 2/28/2023 we were banned from walking on or around the community center and main office building which is surrounded by lots of grass and a pond. the next day another resident tied their pit bull to a tree right by the office door and went inside for a few minutes. The next day i woke up to the property manager ringing my doorbell accusing me and my fianc of having a car parked in a vacant ******* street over. Not only is this car not ours, its not attached to our lease agreement. the car belongs to my father in law, and he was notified of his car being parked in an invalid spot and he had moved it before *************************(property manager) came to my door. i believe this to be harassment because we have had several issues before with ***** involving minor issues, but considering she came to my trailer and accused us of having an invalidly parked car not under our lease agreement after she already knew it was taken care of seems premeditated and targeted. Not only this but when we moved in on 10/06/2022 we signed a lease agreeing to a community pool and dog park. the dog park does not exist nor has any construction begun on the project as of 03/03/2023, in regards to the pool it has been unavailable due to several different issues that seem to have no resolution. we are still being charged for these amenities with no guarantee of ever seeing those amenities available for resident use.

Per ***********************, she mentioned being banned from walking her pitbull on or around the community center however she was never banned, but after she displayed not having control over her dog as an older resident was walking up, fearful of said ******* that was barking and pulling ***********************, I had asked that during business hours she refrain from taking her dog in front of the office, as she allows said animal to urinate and p*** where residents and perspected buyers come into the building- as well as some are fearful of dogs and or/allergic and a large pitbull barking at them at the front can sometimes scare away prospected buyers.

***********************, who is an occupant in #***, her boyfriend ********************** being the owner and lease signatory, who also has family in the community as well, have vehicles with the license plate reading "*********". Saw the vehicle in an empty lot, and have seen it over at the residence of #*** so politely rang doorbell to ask if they could move said vehicle, to which she said it wasn't hers. I said it had the same last name, to which she mentioned it was her father in-laws. I then after went to said father in-laws house to ask him to move his vehicle from the vacant lot.

As far as the dog park and pool. Nowhere in the prospectus does it mention having a dog park, nor at the time of her lease signing was it mentioned that we had one. The pool has been closed due to major repairs such as replacing the pool pump and now a valve which is a capitol expense that goes to my home office for approval, from there gets scheduled with the vendor, to which these parts have been back ordered and are waiting to be completed. The pump was replaced in February. Waiting on a valve than the pool should be re-opened.

I have included our rules and regulations as well as our prospectus for the community. I hope this helps clarify some of these issues.
