Horrible experience. I was there on November 27th to November 28th on room number 126. I went just to sleep, after a busy working day. The room had not microwave as they offered. Also, the fridge didn't work. I notified this to the front desk when I checked out and they gave me an email of the ******* Manager. I am still waiting for their answer. Hi Mr. ******* Manager:I have to inform you that all of this is not working in the room where I staid last night. I checked in after 11:00 pm. All of these things don't work:1) Fire alarm was not placed. I have pictures. The part was next to the *** I will send the picture.2) The light in the restroom blinks. I also took a picture but I will send it later. Actually a video 3) There were not Kleenex.4) Under the sink of the restroom there was a *****. I sent a picture of this event.5) The bed fall when I sit in one of the two beds. The base was broke. The room looks duty and the quality was not like the last time I staid in this hotel in the second floor like three months ago. Something is certainly not right over there. In special maintenance and house keeping look like they are not doing their job.6) The fridge doesn't cool up. It was not working and smells mold.7) It advertises a breakfast. But read my comment.Can you give me another day in a nice room or do something about this bad experience? I paid this room using an application called ******.I was a visitor of this hotel before in the 2nd floor with not problem. Nice and clean. Everything works. It looks like there is not a good management. They are hiring for all positions at this time It seems like it need s a good manager who takes serious the hotel business. Best,************************* The front office were kind. I will give them less than a star and they said the breakfast at that time was just bars, **************** I skipped it. I checked out & found this is not very safe place. The fire alarm should be on place. Still waiting for their answer
