The experience with Danyell L******* and her staff has been the most unprofessional experience in my real estate career and I have closed on over 20 properties. Everything about Next Home Beach Realty appears to be dis-functional and inefficient. They seem to go out of their way to be incompetent and inefficient and prolong basic functions at their jobs. In 2023 after COVID and multiple methods of making online payments, their recommendation is to US mail a paper check stating that this quickest method of payment. I requested to make a credit card payment to expedite the process and was told that no one was available in the office to take my payment. Then I called to confirm the office hours of Ginger in Accounting and was told the next day at 9am. Bonnie literally put me on hold to speak to Ginger and asked me to call back at 9am the following day. At this time Ginger was actively responding to emails and clearly working and responding via email just minutes prior to me calling. Ginger in Accounting then changed her office hours to 10am then next day via her next email. On the phone Bonnie just confirmed that Ginger would be in the office at 9am on Friday November 3, 2023. The service offered is laughable in the year 2023 and clearly everyone in the office is playing games with my investment earnings. Nothing on the owner portal is available to handle payments This company is a complete joke and full of incompetent childish women and their license of managing properties should be revoked. All display unprofessional and unethical behavior. If they did their jobs and stopped playing games with their clients’ money, they would not have as much time for office games. All employees of Next Home Beach Realty lack integrity and do not take of ownership when they make mistakes and it is brought to their attention. All employees appear to be childish and juvenile and lack the intelligence to do their job effectively. Billing statements are inaccurate. DO NOT USE THEM,

Furthermore, we made ourselves available to take phone calls from her during weekend hours, going above and beyond to address her needs and requests.Our willingness to extend our availability underscores our dedication to accommodating our clients and ensuring their satisfaction
Despite our unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional service, the client had accrued a substantial outstanding balance. To facilitate a seamless resolution, we facilitated the payment process by accepting an electronic check over the phone, allowing her to bypass credit card processing fees.
