    We requested from our insurance company that a flat bed tow truck come to pick up our all electric car. Wrong truck was sent! After calls back and forth, the nicest guy shows up from St. Cloud Towing with a flat bed. He makes us feel at ease. Drove our little electric Smart car up on the bed, secured the wheels and was off! Should have asked for the guy's name...he was so confident, friendly, knowledgeable.

    My insurance company sent them out to tow my vehicle to a repair shop. The guy never towed the vehicle and offered to do the repair work himself. He took my money for the parts and promised to do work he never did. I asked for my money back and never received it. There is also a part missing from my vehicle that he still has. My car has been sitting in the driveway for over a month with parts missing and not together. I was told his brother owns this company and he works for him. The guys name is ****** Mercado ****. I am going to file a police report for theft.

    Our greatest apologies that this situation had occurred to you. ****** Mercado **** is no longer employed by our company and is no way shape of form in relations to the owner. Any sort of activities other than providing a tow service for any customers has nothing to do with our company and seems to be some side work that was arranged between you and ******. Our greatest apologies once again. We've advised you to proceed with law enforcement. We've made several attempts in trying to get ahold of him so that way he can return the money, he had stated that he would. It seems to be that he was untruthful in regards to that. We've made another attempt today 5/27/2025 and was unsuccessful in that as well.

    He was employed by the company when he was sent to my residence from **********. The business/employee should be liable. I was even told about other incidents that the company knew about that was shady resulting in his termination. My daughter had to miss a semester of school as a result of having no vehicle. She was attending *** in *******. The car had been sitting for over a month. Its not a good look on the company to not handle this situation.
