    On or about December 2023. I reached out to the owner of lizard performance transmissions ****** *********** about a transmission rebuild for my 2016 ram 2500 equipped with the 68RFE transmission. Mr. *********** quickly assured me that he could have my transmission rebuilt in a reasonable time as I was in a pinch and had to get back to ****. I paid Mr. *********** $1350 to rebuild the transmission. When I went to receive the truck, the truck still was not functioning properly, as it did not have reverse and also did not have 5th or 6th gear. I had to return the truck to lizard performance transmissions to have it gone through again. Within a few days, lizard performance transmissions reached back out to me and said that the transmission rebuild was complete. Upon inspection at a later date, a video was recorded showing the damage caused by lizard performance transmissions due to their inexperience with the 68rfe transmission costing me $9500 worth of damage. I have receipts and communications saved from the current shop where it is at, and the video showing damages caused and the lack of parts and clutches.I am requesting that I be refunded the amount I paid Mr. *********** and may even consider personally criminal charges against him for additional damages.

    On November 4, 2022 I sent Lizard Performance a $1,000 deposit through CashApp. The approximate build time that was given was 3 weeks. On December 7, 2022 he asked me to send the shipping address, which I did. After multiple times of hearing the lies in a three week span, I decided I was finished with the lies. On December 30, 2022, I called him as well as texted him to inform him I no longer wanted his transmission and asked that my $1000 be sent to CashApp. I haven't heard from him since. I have all of this documented.

    The customer called me on a Monday I told him that the transmission and 3 other ones were leaving on Friday they just won't come for 1 pick up anymore with the gas prices he said ok he still owed us the rest of the bill he gave us a $1000 deposit Friday came around he didn't call to take care of the bill no biggie he then called me to ask me if I received his text I said no been busy working at this time I was driving in my truck going to get parts he then said well since you didn't call me to collect yur money I no longer want the transmission I don't want to head into the new year with my bills unpaid I told him we spoke on Monday and u said u were gonna call me a take care of the rest of the bill he said he doesn't want it anymore.  I said I'll call u when I get back to the shop got back to the shop truck came picked up all 4 transmissions that had to go I called them and told them not to deliver the one to Georgia because he didn't want it that's exactly what a( deposit is for its not refundable) the day the truck came for it he doesn't want it  sorry the world just doesn't work that way thank u have a wonderful day please do not contact us again
