Good work but very expensive. He charged us 80.00 for a tip. We did not agree too. He said that my husband checked the tip box. Why would my husband do that. When he charged 270.00 x2 times that he came out. In my words he is a thief.

We were contacted to come out Mr. ******* to install a customer supplied kitchen sink, faucet, disposal along with the drain work. Mr. **** was quoted 400.00 for the installation. After I removed the old sink and unboxed the new sink we found it was damaged. Mr **** said he would get another one and call to reschedule. Since he was referred by a mutual friend I told him we would not charge a second trip fee. Mrs.**** contacted me to ask for help finding a size that would fit. I checked with my suppliers, looked at Home Depot and Lowes. The reason this sink was hard to find was that there hard surface countertops were not cut to a normal sink opening. I sent a tech out to install the new sink. Mr. **** was going to pay by credit card but my tech was unable to process it. So I sent an invoice by email on 3/2/22. We didn't charge anything extra for the time looking for the sink or the extra trip. From 3/2/22. I sent 7 invoices that went unanswered! On 3/22/22 I made a third trip to the house to get paid. Mr **** meet me outside where he finally paid the bill. I ran his card for the $400.00 and Mr. **** left the tip. Our billing system is not like a restaurant where you can go back in and change anything. Once it's sign and they press accept it process and I don't have access to that card info again. Mrs **** then started texting me that I added the tip and she wanted it returned. I tried to explain that I can't add the tip her husband did. We went back and forth until she said she was calling a Lawer. At that point I stopped texting back. I can't help that she's upset with her husband for the tip! But I would of return a portion of it tat was not taxed when it went through payroll. But sadly she wants to go through a Lawer. I think I was more then fair with her by not charging for the time looking for the sink or the second trip. Plus going back to the house a third time for payment.
