    John designed a situation he can't fix. One rotating sprinkler head in each corner does not reach the middle. After 7 yrs of Challenger being being my exclusive provider, they dropped me because they don't know fix the brown spots in the center of my yard. A Representative was here 3 times last year and the problem still isn't fixed . I wrote Mr. Sirvant a letter. His office staff called to make an appt for for him to meet with me. HE WAS A NO-SHOW! She insulted me accusing me of trying to get "something for nothing after 7 years". I have NEVER received anything from them free in 7 years and I never expected to. I have paid them everytime they were here before their service man left! That's a fine way to treat a good-paying , faithful customer who has stayed with the company for 7 years. All I wanted is for the problem John designed to be corrected. If they can't correct it and have treated me in such rude, insulting manner, I can only move on and find someone who is better at design and is polite and appreciates a faithful, good-paying customer. **************************
