Go elswhere if you want dentures to fit correctly. Was supposed to have some front teeth crowned. Asst put incorrect sized crown unit on front teeth. Refused to have partial fitted to it.In redoing crown unit was told bone structure was not sound so had teeth removed, and had 4 implants put in. After waiting 4 months Had lower denture made. Was a bad fit.Assistant tried to adjust denture but was un successful. Was not given a 2nd appointment's had to call and complain.Lady I talked to had me come in for a 2nd impression. Was told the denture would be redone.Original denture was returned several days later.Slightly bent to allow both sides to contact at the same time. Was barely able to eat with it. Too much food accumulated under it to finish a meal.Went back and assistant agreed that a liner was needed.Dr said it would cost additional money to do it.After paying total regular cost I refused to pay more.Am now making appt. with another dentist ..

After many attempts to resolve this issue, which includes retracting a previous Google Review to give Shauyb Dentistry a chance, I am posting my review again. After reading the first review, the dentist office became irate so I tried to resolve the matter again and could not. October 19, 2022 - Tooth extraction, x-rays, and dental implant procedure and given antibiotics. 1-1/2 weeks later - Tooth area became highly inflamed/swollen/sore - called dentist and was told I already had antibiotics and will be fine. Few more days later - Tooth area worsened and called dentist again. Asked for more antibiotics and was told no. Three days later - Called dentist and begged for antibiotic and was given a prescription; however, the infection was severe, and my implant fell out. November 10, 2022 - appointment - was told it was fine and I would have to wait 4 months for healing. April 17, 2022 - appointment for implant - dentist took x-rays, did a cleaning and sent me home without an implant. Because they did not fix the implant, I asked for a refund so I could go to another dentist. It was a very costly procedure. The woman on the phone said very rudely that my implant failed because I smelled like smoke at my appointment and smoking causes it. I told her that many times I come into their appointments after work, which I am a firefighter/paramedic, and encounter many brush fires during my 24 hours shifts. She said she would speak to the dentist and contact me by the end of the week (Friday). I was not contacted by the dentist office. I called my insurance company the next week. The insurance person called the dentist office, and they did not pick up the phone and a message was left. I was never contacted by the dentist office. The insurance company advised me to file a Quality of Care compliant to receive a refund, which I did. I am unable to go to another dentist and use insurance due to this so everything will be self-pay, in the amount of approximately $2,500.

The patient has been called and the refund to the patient and to the insurance company are being processed.
