    Better Business Bureau On May 12, 2025, Suncoast Carpet Systems LLC came to my home in *******, *******, to clean and seal the floor on my terrace. The work was completed on the aforementioned date, for which a charge of $1,364.00 USD was made.On May 14, 2025, a payment of $1,364.00 was sent to Suncoast Carpet Systems LLC via *****. Up to that point, everything was going well.Two weeks later, it rained and the floor got wet. I noticed that the floor seal began to lift. I immediately called Mr. ******* ******* to file a report stating that the material was of poor quality and that I needed him to honor the warranty on the *******'s worth mentioning that before he performed the work, he inspected the floor and confirmed his capacity to complete the job, and then sent me the corresponding quote.From June 1st to July 4th, which was my last conversation with him via text, he has not fulfilled his commitment to repair or redo the work, as it is evident that he charged for very poor quality ************ light of the above, I request that Suncoast Carpet Systems, represented by Mr. ******* *******, complete the entire job, since we have made the requested payment.We appreciate your support.

    We did not mean to make Mr ******* feel as if we left him high and dry. The number he was contacting wasnt the office number and had since changed. Unfortunately we lost track of time on a job site. We have since called him and picked a date of the 14th to get out there and try a different sealer for the patio.
