  Review of Mr. T's Trees – Seminole, FL ????? (1 out of 5 stars) I hired Mr. T's Trees (run by Nikki P******) on June 19, 2025, to remove hazardous branches from a large Laurel Oak tree on the southeast corner of my property. The original quote was $1,000, provided by her brother. However, once work began, Nikki raised the price mid-project to $1,350 — a 35% increase. Despite our hesitation, we agreed, based on her assurance that no further branches would fall once the job was complete. That assurance was short-lived. Just ten days later, a large branch from the same tree fell onto my neighbor’s property, prompting an unpleasant conversation and requiring me and another neighbor to handle the cleanup ourselves. No follow-up or assistance was provided by Ms. P******’s team. It didn’t stop there. Her brother, again representing the company, offered to install sod in my front yard for $60 cash. I gave him $26 upfront with a promise to complete the job that weekend. The work was never done. When I reached out to Nikki, she claimed the offer was unauthorized and blamed her brother’s alcohol abuse — but still hasn’t issued the promised refund. To date, there has been no response, no refund, and no resolution. I strongly caution anyone considering Mr. T’s Trees to get everything in writing, beware of mid-job price hikes, and be prepared for poor communication and zero accountability.   We contracted with Mr ** Trees in the beginning of March 2024. They gave us a quote of $1,200 to $1,400 to complete some yard work. We already had a portion of the required mulch on hand for the job. After completing 75% of the job they sent us pictures of the work in progress on March 13th and said the job would be $1,400 to complete. We gave them a check in good faith. It was cashed immediately, and all work stopped at that point and they never returned to finish the job or clean up their mess. After repeated texts asking them to complete the job with only excuses as reply's to finally no answer at all, we knew we had been scammed. It cost us an extra $450 to have someone come and finish the job which consisted of tree debris removal, cactus tree to be taken down and removed, stored wood pile to be removed and weeds cut. They also filled a recycle bin with dirt/debris and trash on top of carboard left out for recycle removal. We are highly disappointed with this company for being dishonest and not doing what was promise and will NEVER use them again.
