    The Guys doing the moving seemed ok, and finished moving my household into storage on time. A month later I got into the storage unit to start moving things out, and that's when I started seeing issues. It looked like an unorganized mess with boxes and furniture thrown inn on top of fragile items. They put an antique rocking chair on top of a mattress that was up on its side, crushing it beyond use, they Threw a bakers rack on top of a treadmill, one leg of the rack pressed against an antique put a heavy chair on top of a shoe rack destroying it, puta refrigerator on top of an antique cedar chest splitting the wood top. This doesn't include the number of stacks of boxes with light boxes on the bottom and heavy ones on top, crushing the lighter boxes and contents. Completely shoddy work. When I contacted the company with pictures they responded with, sorry not our problem, our liability ends when we unload the truck into the unit. Crapy way to treat customers.

    Horrible customer service. Several items scratched and dammaged. Daughters dresser was dropped off the back of the truck. Fell 6 ft totally destroyed. Contacted the company and email i recieved was they only cover 60.cents a pound. No consideration for what item is worth. They have offered me $108 t9 replace a brand new dresser. Now they ignore my emails. Do not do business with thi5a company. Shady unethical
