    Knowledgeable and easy to work with. They went above and beyond. We found out the hard way that being self-employed makes it difficult to get any type of loan. All the other brokers we approached snubbed us. Even one I have known for over 40 years. He didn't want to risk ruining his 100% closing record with the self-employed. A friend told my wife about these guys.I vetted them and gave them a call. The 1st conversation went well. He gave me straight forward answered to all my questions. He even gave me answers to some questions that I didn't know to ask. They really know how to tackle the self-employed challenge. They found us a reputable lender, handled all the heavy lifting and a couple of weeks later we had a seamless closing. They have earned my trust and respect.

    WOW!!! Thank you for such a great review! Self employed can be challenging, but thankfully as a mortgage broker we have many different lenders with many different programs to help self employed clients such as yourself get qualified. Tax returns are always tough with self employed so bank statements usually get us the income we need to show to qualify. Thank you again!
