In June 2016 BBB received a response from the business that addressed the above questions.
1). We set appointments for travel clubs by telephone contact with customers that have signed up for a promotional offer or vacation getaway drawing.
2). We advertise by renting a vendor space at Home shows, Boat shows, Health Fairs, Senior shows, Bridal Fairs & Art and Craft Events, anywhere from 20-50 shows per month.
b.Contracts would need to be downloaded from each event promoter (over 360 contracts per year).
c.Customer register for a vacation getaway via entry form, Vacations provided by True Incentives.
d.We only market Travel Clubs at this time.
3). We are not required/exempt from having a telemarketing license per FL Statue as we do not sell anything over the phone, our customers have filled out an entry form at an above event stating they will receive calls and we only set appointments for the presentation.
4). Yes, Different travel clubs do have qualifications/demographics that are required to attend the presentation.
