    I moved out of the area in April of 2023. It wasn't until about September/October of 2023 that I personally went to the location to let them know that I had moved and to cancel my membership. I left there thinking the issue was taken care of. I happen to look at my credit card statement and noticed that they were still charging me for my membership. I called and spoke to a ****** on 7/16/24 about the issue and she advised that she would cancel my membership and submit for a refund and have them retro back to 2023 when I first attempted to cancel. I checked my account to see if the money had been refunded and noticed no refund. I called again and spoke to ******* who advised that she shes my account has been charged and if I contact some office of theirs for the refund. I explained that no one mentioned this office to me and that I want my money back. She stated she had to send it over and to check in a few days. 7/24/24 I checked my account and called back and spoke to **** who advised she submitted the request and would follow up but does not know if I would get the retro refunded. I am looking for a refund of $616.00

    This is in response to the abovementioned complaint. We have no record of him canceling his North Brandon Family YMCA membership in September/October of 2023. However, we will touch base with him, and resolve this matter in accordance with our refund policy.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    8/20/24 @ 12:11 pm I spoke with ****** over the phone and she advised me that she would refund an additional $400 plus to the account due to the error.
