On 2/21/2025 I brought my car into the express oil change as usually for an oil change. The tech went through the basic routine checked my lights, check my blinkers, check my fluids, had me push the gas and hold it. ************************************************************ the middle of the road. I immediately call the store and a tech was sent out. He looked under the hood and said everything was in order. He tried to turn on the car , but it wouldn't start. I.Had the car towed back to the shop they kept it overnight. The next morning I received a phone call stating that my throttle body was clogged and I had to pay over $200. There was There was absolutely nothing wrong with my car before I went in for service. The tech messed up my car and now I have to pay for it.

August 27, 2024 I took my car to the previously mentioned mechanic shop at 9:30 am because it was leaking engine oil and smoking, they told me they were going to do a diagnosis that cost $ ****** and I agreed, after finding the problem they told me that I had to pay $ ******* to fix it and I agreed. The next day August 28, 2024 I had to go back because after they fixed the leak the car engine started to vibrate and would not accelerate, they told me that I had to pay $ ****** for a diagnosis and I agreed, then they tell me that I had to pay $ ****** to fix something in the same place that I had paid for the day before. Today Saturday September 7, 2024 I returned because my car continues to leak in the same place and they tell me that I have to pay more for them to fix it. I need help on how to resolve this situation because I was treated like s*** and my problem remains the same even after paying so much money.

The customer came in originally with an oil leak issue. The engine and lower components were completely covered in oil due to the size of this leak. The discovered leak was the valve cover gaskets. The customer was informed that we'd need to repair that issue FIRST, degrease the engine and put dye in the system to verify if there were any other leaks. They were directed to drive the vehicle a little so that any other leaks could appear with the dye and then be fully detectable Other potential leaks were impossible to initially discover due to the amount of oil the original leak had been dumping into the entire engine compartment. The customer was informed about this process, being let's fix what we know is broken first and then put dye into the vehicle to see if there are other issues. The vehicle returned and other leaks were discovered at that point being traceable with dye in the system. None of those discovered leaks are related to the initial repair that we completed but are located on the lower part of the engine with the rear main seal. The customer was given an estimate for this repair and declined to get the work done. All of our original work was repaired correctly.

The customer had the car towed to our store location. The vehicle had a radiator leak and had overheated a couple times as communicated per the customer. We pushed this vehicle into the shop. Upon inspection we found the radiator had busted. We replaced the radiator and upon final quality check noticed the vehicle was running a little rough. We communicated and delivered back to the customer. The customer brought the vehicle back due us within a few days. She had noticed coolant. We inspected and found the new radiator was leaking. We warrantied the radiator. At this point, the vehicle was running worse than the first time we had delivered the vehicle back to the customer. She brought it back the same day stating those issues. We inspected to vehicle again to check our work. We noticed what appeared to be an ignition coil that was damaged and due to it being in the proximity of the radiator we replaced it at no cost to the customer. The ignition coil was not the issue. We performed a courtesy diagnostic and we were able to ascertain the driveability/performance issue was stemming from a issue dealing with the throttle body. That system has nothing to do with the cooling system and is not near the radiator. This is an internal issue within that system, not an external issue. Once again, the vehicle was running rough the very first time we inspected it and it only got worse. We verified our work and as stated above we replaced an ignition coil at no cost to the customer just in case that was damaged during our service. She has been informed and does not accept that it was an existing issue not associated to a basic radiator change. We stated that she could get a get a second opinion but we did no services related to the throttle body or intake system.

The customer specifically told our team member that the vehicle had overheated a couple of times before our initial repair. Our company towed it back due to the first radiator our company installed started learing. Our company honored the warranty on that item. We stand behind the work we performed.
