I paid all my bills for my monthly internet usage but for the last few months coverage has been spotty. Yesterday I could not use my internet all day and I work from home. I called the billing **** to ask for a refund or prorate my next bill and not only did the only offer to move my bill out a day which is unacceptable to me the customer service rep was laughing at me when I said I would report the companyCustomer Answer

The company has now cancelled my account and I had paid for the entire month of May while I only used less than half a month of services with all the interruptions and they also erroneously suspended my account for a period of time after erroneously reporting that I had not paid my bill, according to Cust *************** All told they claimed I was rude to their other Cust **************** yet ******* was beyond rude and mocking to me when I asked for a refund on services they couldnt provide and on services they now are refusing to provide (they are cancelling my account)Customer Answer

Worst customer service ever-they resented me asking for help while there was a service outage and when I complained that for 2 days straight I had no internet (for which I had already paid for) the customer service rep ******* laughed at me when I asked for a refund. She refused any reimbursement and mocked me. I made a complaint through Better Business about them because for the last 4 months I had spotty internet and again ending with worst customer service (they aren't available to troubleshoot on the weekends at all-they are not open!!!) In the end when I raised my voice and called ******* a name or two (not proud of that) she told me she was cancelling my account. No problem, as I said it was spotty at best, expensive and she was RUDE-and it was easy to find another ISP. Just hope the customer service and ******************** is good-that's all I want for my money!!!Initial Complaint

I had called around to find internet for my area. I came across Infinite. They told me that it would be a 1 time fee of ****** then ****** a month and that I would get between 25 and 100 maps speeds and that i could have at LEAST the 3 devices I NEED connected. So far, I have been WITHOUT internet more often than not. Not getting the speeds they promised. They have changed stuff a few times with NO communication until I message them cause I can't connect. I am rejecting this response because: I have ALL the messages from them and at NO time, did you say you couldn't continue services. I have been told I will have to purchase yet ANOTHER router. Been sent a second Sim card. NEVER was I told you couldn't CONTINUE services. I am reading back through the messages now. I am paying for the 300 gb plan. And I was told there is no CAP. Now I'm being told there is a cap!

******* from Infinite Internet Corporation stated they shipped her new SIM CARD free of charge. Delivery of SIM card on 10/13/23. Ms. ***** was deliquent on her payment on 11/2/23. She asked for an extension and it was denied. Ms. ***** wanted to continue to keep and pay for her services despite her claims that the service was not working for her. Ms. ******* account was closed/ suspended on 11/8/23. During the time between 11/2/23-11/8/23 she used over 110 gb of data.
Customers are made aware that speeds are not guarenteed and if they are having issues our technical support team is here to help troubleshoot as we've done for Ms. ***** numerous times.Initial Complaint

Beware of this company. Most of the reviews are fake. This company should be put out of business. I have confirmed with ******* that this provider is not even in their system to use their towers. ********* lied and told me that services were available in my area according to the network map. However, according to *******, they stated that service is not available in my area and is not sure why they would offer me services. After the modem came and we activated it. The speed was so slow and it kept going on. It's no where what they mentioned. We are not complaining about the amount of data, we understand that they can not promise a certain speed but our speed is only 6-9 mbps. That is not even considered a good speed. Their customer service ***** and there is no type of technical support department at all. I had to wait 3 days to get a call and was told to cancel my service since it was so slow. They also told me to buy an antenna out of my pocket to get better service. My husband and I asked them several times if service was available in our area from what ******* advised us. ******* would know if their towers would work in our area. They are now refusing to give us our $125 back and keeps referring to the terms which says we are responsible to ship it back. I do not have a problem doing with this ridiculous modem. However, I will be fighting this until it's been resolved. Will keep you posted on the results. Shame on yall.Initial Complaint

I purchased a **** Model 7 - 5G Router from Infinite Internet Corporation. Before the purchase I downloaded the manual from their website to be sure that the modem came with 4 external LTE antenna ports. On pages 6, 8, 10, and 39 of the manual the statement is made that 5G model modems come with 4 external antenna ports. I contacted the company but was told the manual was for a different router. Page 9 of the manual shows an example modem label and the label used is for a Model 7 5G. I have more information including my original purchase order and correspondence with the companies technical support if needed.Initial Complaint

I saw an advertisement for 900 GB of high speed data with a company called *********. After the purchase, I was directed to Infinite WIFI with the understanding that, I would receive a temporary router because the router I had to purchase wasn't available yet and that I wouldn't be charged until my router arrived. I received the router in a timely manner. I hooked it up and it worked great for 1 hour and then I was disconnected permanently from the internet. I called the corporate and spoke to a gentleman about the issue and he said I would have to ship the router back at my own expense, this has happ. I told him that it was their issue and I should not have to pay for shipping. He then instructed me to tech support and see if we can resolve the issue. I told tech support like I told the gentleman in corporate that it's plugged in but there is nothing lit up. Tech support told me that it would have to be shipped back to them and they won't pay the shipping, I refused to pay shipping so the tech said they would send me a shipping label. A full week went by and I called the corporate office again and spoke to same gentleman and he said the shipping label has been approved yet. He said he asked the shipping department to get my router ASAP. That was on a Friday, my router arrived the following Monday. It didn't work at all, so I left a message for tech support to call after 5:00 PM EST. They called before that time and said they left a message saying they would call back the following day. They did and I told tech support that it's plugged in and nothing is lit up. Then he had me take a paper clip and try the reset. That did nothing, so he told to send it back and he would fix it. I said I 'm done, I don't have a way to get to the post office, I don't walk and my vehicle repair money was spent on this service. I'm disputing the charge with my credit card. I received a message from their credit department, saying she's going to fight me because I signed the contract.Initial Complaint

Internet cuts off for 2 weeks out of the month with no warning, unable to reach tech support after being on the phone for over an hour. Trying to return the ******** hardware. can't get anyone on the phone. been calling for 3 days. sent 3 tickets to date(07/07/22), was called by ******************* Diacosta on tuesday. he was to send me the *** materials to allow me to return the hardware but he did not send me the *** QR code required by the US post office or **** Been calling and sending additional tickets trying to get the *** QR code before the 14 day return window is exceeded. Can't reach anyone but sales, who can do nothing nor forward you to anyone.
