This company has a owner that treats people rude after he sells them a unit. He doesn't have great people skills when dealing with private customers. When I told him I called the local number of trane in melbourne fl and he could escalate my ac moter from 6 to 8 weeks to get sooner he told me i didnt know what i was talking about that I must have misunderstood the man. When i said i I didnt hes got sarcastic with me and asked who i talked to and whats his name. When i called trane back i put him on three-way. The guy discussed the procedure with him he was rude on phone too. He seemed un interested in having the man put the Escalation in and went thru the motions. I had to answer most of the questions to try to get my motor. The man from trane must have thought he wasn't the right person. And didn't put in the request even though he found the motor in Clearwater fl. He said it would be in inv3 to 5 days and the call ended. I waited a week and called trane back to find out moter was still available in Clearwater fl and order wasn't in. I had the man place the order and ship it to Competitive Airs address. They gave me a po # and said 2 days to company. I waited 4 days and texted Brian to get an update on moter and he texted back one word Tuesday. Not sure what was going on I asked was the moter in. He texted back a few hrs later yes. Then a few hrs later he tested it would be 345.00 to install the warranty part. I was a little upset on price but hadn't had air almost a month said ok. Today Tuesday his company took 20 minutes to install and charged me $345.00. He mostly deals with the big companies but does some private sales. I would not recommend his businesses for anybody to use personal or business. If you looking for a company who doesn't respect others then Competitive Air is perfect.
