      I am rejecting this response because:

      They only provided 6 weeks of paperwork and did not include the one where I told them I was nauseous after getting out of the machine.  In their response they stated the doctors were for employees only.  I do not understand this. When I met with them initially I explained my medical history and they assured me they had clients with similar conditions and their doctors would work with me.  Does this mean that they never discussed my situation with their doctors on staff.  I believed them and thought I would be safe.  When I told ***** I was always hungry she told me to eat a healthy frozen dinner.  I only ear organic non processed food.  I feel that for $6,999 I would have had better choices.  I am sorry to have to say this because I like them but this isnt right at all.  I will not go back and will discuss a mutually agreed upon refund of some of my money.

      but also started hypoglycemia due to the diet. I informed them of my issues and the fact that I needed to eat certain foods to maintain my sugar. I was fluffed off and they never once had me speak to their doctors . You go in, they take your diet sheet weigh you and put you on the machines. In and out in 30 minutes. I was also given protein bars and slim medication when I signed up but when I ran out I had to pay for them after spending $6999. I believe I was not listened to when I explained my dietary requirements. No consultation just follow the diet and if I want the protein bars and meds I must pay for them. I believe I was misled after full disclosure of my health issues. They never told me to consult my doctor first or offered to have me talk to their doctors. I am so upset and feel as though they took advantage of me.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      Basically this latest response was the same as the previous ones. They did not provide or address my sheet that stated I was nauseous from the machine treatment.  Additionally, they did not address why they told me they had physicians on staff.  When I addressed this their response was the physician was for staff only.  Why did they make it seem that if a client had an issue I would have access. I did consult with my endocrinologist and she told me I needed to eat protein and carbs and snacks to control my hypoglycemia.  This latest response appears to be a form letter and is not addressing my concern.  I feel strongly about this and want a response that is acceptable.  I do not have buyers remorse . I HAVE A MEDICAL CONDITION.  I am not happy about this and I would like to resolve this.  I have never been so upset and I never had to file a complaint in my life.

      On 6/13/23 I went to Biotek in response to an ad I picked up at University Town Ctr. The ad stated $25 gets you started, pay as you go plans available! I feel it was false advertising, none of those terms were even offered, Instead, using high pressured, emotionally manipulating tactics they sold me a plan for $2999 & made me feel like they were doing me a favor!(Initially it was for a $7K plan) I kept telling her I couldnt afford it, I dont want to incur any more debt. She kept badgering me wanting to know how much xtra I could afford/mo, I said not much. Shes like how about $100, I said possibly? She then asks me if *** heard of Care Credit. I told her I had but that I didnt want to take out more credit. Then she starts telling me the story of her husbands traumatic brain tumor experience(he works there). If he could get thru that, you should be able to do this, dont you want to lose weight? She kept going on saying your payments would only be $60-$80/mo. Shes like just apply & see. I ended up, against my better judgement, applying & getting approved for $4K. She asked for the authorization code I said I didnt see one? Then she had me apply again, that time it was declined. She then had me give my SSN so her husband could call Care Credit directly. When it came to signing, I signed. She told me it was just going over what she had already talked to me about. I called them the next day to cancel but was told I couldnt, there is no 3 day cancellation! I filed a dispute with Care Cred which is ongoing. I got a letter from them last week reiterating there was no refund. He sent a copy of the contract too, it was hilighted all over. This so called contract was very threatehing. It was like swearing me to secrecy about their co, methods, cost, & legal steps theyd take. My contractwhich I came across later was hilighted like that too. I wouldnt have signed if I saw what it said. The mental prob I have should make that contract null & void.

      I paid $10,000 to that place to help me loose weight for myself and my wife. They told me that it will take 18 month to do it. We would have to come to their office once a week to use equipment and get supplies, also we will get check our progress and get plan correction. After few month it was not working for us and we ask to return remaining balance. They refuse saying that they gave us plan and the rest of services is free. That is not what they told us when we sigh up. And that plan that we have is only one page with instruction what we can it a day. And that page should not cost us $10,000. All we ask if you could you help us return our remaining money.Thanks
