    Warning STAY AWAY from Mr. Bones Stump Grinding Our situation with Mr. ********************* unfortunately is one that brings out the worst of some businesses in the aftermath of a disaster like Hurricane ***. I hired this company to grind down a stump of bamboo that I lost in the storm. Later that day, as I was raking the large pile of mulch he purposefully created, I discovered that he had deceptively covered up the fact that he left the job only half done. Mr. ******************** only grounded the stump to surface level, leaving the entire root ball intact (approx. 2 foot deep and eight feet wide) under the ground. People who remove bamboo, know that it is impossible to dig it out by hand, and within a short period, the bamboo will grow back.Before he left, I confirmed with him that he would come back if there were any problems and he assured me he would. I called him the next day and he told me he had a very large job he was doing and would come back in a few days to finish. That was weeks ago. I tried multiple avenues to reach him, and each was ignored. Finally, after I told him I would attempt to claw back the money, he responded telling me to stop harassing him or he would block my number.I am left with a mess and cannot remove the root ball. It will grow back. Mr. ******************** did not finish what I paid him to do, deceptively covered up what he left, and deceived us into believing that he would return to finish the job that he was abundantly paid to do. We are warning you to take your business to someone that acts professionally, does what he says he is going to do, and is cheaper.

    I am rejecting this response because Mr. ******************** response admits that he purposefully did not finish the job that I paid him to do. Therefore, Mr. ******************** admits that he never had any intent of finishing the job. In short, he knowingly and with intent left the job unfinished. The attached video shows the person I hired weeks later to remove what Mr. ******************** did not remove. I want a full refund.
