    I filed a claim for a $500 auto deductible remibursement.I have faxed,e-mailed,and called them since 8 feb.2024-15 feb2024.today they told me to sent all the documents once more.Having since sent all required documents,and having given them my bank information form.I request help with my dispute in getting my disbursement

    We have reviewed Mr. ******** Auto Deductible Reimbursement claim and reached out to our vendor for additional information. Mr. ******** claim was received by the vendor on 1/26/24 and reviewed on 2/7/24. During the review, it was noted that ***************** had not submitted all the required documents and information for his claim to be processed. Letters were sent to ****************** on 2/7/24 and 2/16/24 advising him of the additional items needed to complete his claim submission. Along with the vendor sending ****************** these letters noting that his claim submission was incomplete, he was in communication with the Claims Adjuster and the vendors customer service department regarding what additional information was needed. The vendor confirmed that the claim was completed on 2/19/24 and the reimbursement payment was issued on 2/20/24 via ACH payment.

    on 01/20/23 at around 12:30 am I requested a tow truck I replied to text with info requested but it kept saying looking for provider. After about 20 minutes I called the 800# the rep who answered the fone said no one was available and she will try to find someone for me. Finally at about around 2am I got a message saying they will reach my location in about 445 minutes. Needless to say I waited and waited at around maybe at around 3am or 4am I called the 800# again and the lady suggested I went home and leave key hidden in the car. I refused to do so to say NO one came. At around 7am I ended up getting the service of a tow trucking company. So in addition to being broken down on the side of the road all night I ended up having to pay $100 to get my car towed. This was totally uncalled for and someone from the company called about 7 hours later to ask me if I had gotten towed? what a total joke of a company.

Our dispatch company has reached out to **************** apologizing for the inconvenience this may have caused and advised her that we would address any issues regarding her event. **************** advised that she would be submitting for the out of pocket cost for the tow she secured. She will also be provided with a $50 goodwill gesture. We apologize for the inconvenience she experienced as it is our sincere desire to provide our members with outstanding service every time they use their membership plan.

    On oct 19 i called for a tow at north ******* ********* in ********** ,the tow truck driver ***** came i asked him too try too jump it he did it worked i drove it home he follwed me home made sure i got home he left ,he told the company he towed it he didnt i do have unlimited towing on ********* ******* ******* in ********** was the tow company they said i dont have any tows false advetising and lying

    We have reviewed Mr. ***** membership and service request.We have reached out to ************ to collect additional information and have left voicemails to return our call. Our records show that ************ digitally requested a tow and a provider digitally accepted. The provider was successful getting the vehicle started with a jump start and a tow was not needed. We have updated Mr. ***** membership to reflect a jump start was performed. ************ is correct that his membership has an unlimited towing benefit but the membership also notes that the benefit is designed for the member whose vehicle has an emergency condition and should not be construed as a repair or maintenance service and is permitted one tow per disablement. We hope this addresses Mr. ***** concerns.

    I got set up with coverage through this agency in May 2022. As of August 29th 2022 close to 4pm Eastern time I put in a request for roadside assistance for a flat tire. For almost 6 hours no show or call. Called a little after 8pm to be told they were still looking for someone and to call back in about 2 hours. Around 10 pm, I called back as there was no sign of anyone coming to aid me with my vehicle. They told me the same thing as before still looking for someone, their guy was out of town still. To call back early in the morning. As of ***** am August 30th 2022, I called back, they said they are still looking for someone. By now it has been over 12 hours. Waited two more hours, just for the agent on the phone to hang up on my husband. There are some reviews on ****** about other customers associated with this business having similar issues. I believe they take their client's money and don't provide the so services that they claim .

    We have reviewed our records and ****************** call for service, involving a flat tire on her automobile discovered while the vehicle was at her home. Our dispatch service reached out to multiple providers and had difficulty finding an available provider. Only one was available, but they could not give an exact ETA due to their drivers being out of the area.  ****************** was advised of this and agreed to wait and call back.  When ****************** called back, dispatch contacted the provider and found the provider could arrive in two hours.  ****************** advised she would wait until the following day. The following day, ****************** called back and while no service provider was immediately available, dispatch was able to set up a service through a police department. When our dispatch service followed up with ******************, they were advised that the police assist was cancelled as the tire had been changed with help from a neighbor.  We apologize that we were not able to find assistance in a more timely manner and for the inconvenience this may have caused.
