    I had a large house built in **** in less time than it took bkm to remodel my master bathroom. They breached our written, signed contract numerous times then stopped work completely. I had to hire an attorney to get them to complete the project. I then had to pay another contractor to correct all the breaches, including one that would have created a black mold situation. This cost me several thousand dollars.While I did my due diligence by checking out this company no negative reviews were found until after I was already far into my project. By then it was too late to do anything other than hiring an attorney which also cost me several thousand dollars and produced no results.Numerous contacts from my attorney requesting reimbursement for these costs were just ignored by bkm. The only response from bkm was if she was not satisfied with our work why did she pay us in full? In law there is the concept of clean hands meaning in a court of law you cannot benefit if you have not complied with the terms of the contract which is what I did by paying them.
