Our pool was completed October 2021 and cost ********* The construction was poorly done and the pool began to leak in March 2022 costing us hundreds of dollars in excess water bills. We hired **** **** ********* and paid $*** for them to identify 2 existing leaks and one developing. PBD refused to acknowledge there was a leak and ****** (***********) & Taylor came to inspect in April and said "there are no leaks." The railing to the pool is unsafe to use as it moves when grabbed. The travertine installed around the pool deck is uneven and black mold is growing in many places where water pools after rains. They withheld our letter to the SRQ Water Dept. to get our rebate for almost a year. To add additional pain when we started the project, Jerry directly referred us to Jessie S******** to be our "Landscape Design" consultant. He was quick to steal almost $***** from us and disappear before completing any work!! Many of PBD clients were ripped off to the tune of around $****! (see BBB complaints) We truly believe, Jerry received a % of kickback in cash for every client Jesse ripped off that Jerry referred him. The owner and his wife have behaved unprofessionally with us from the start and behaves like a gangster/thug like you see on TV & movies. We have tried to resolve this with them though numerous phone calls and emails from both **** and I since 6-19-22. PBD simply has ignored our request for resolution. There is a 1 year warranty that they are simply refusing to honor! These people are criminals and should be stopped from totally screwing the public.
