On March 6, 2020, the business replied stating that most of the complaints are due to expectations of scheduling. We have had an excessive amount of rain over Florida and this often causes delays in scheduling as rain often prevents us from being able to complete a number of tasks both in construction and service. Even after the rain subsides, we must wait for things to dry out sufficiently to resume a process. Our agreements are very clear and specific, but sometimes customers forget to overlook what they signed. We always fulfill what was contracted, but some customers have stated that they hope by being the "squeaky wheel" they might get something for "free" or discounted. The business states that they have implemented several new policies to improve the communication between the customers and their office. They have also hired a new Customer Liaison Manager who has the primary responsibility to communicate with and follow up with any customer concerns or complaints.
