5 starsMatthew and his staff are professional, and get the job done! I would not use anyone else. Get everything secured before the weather changes.
But if we do have another terrible season I would highly recommend using them for any damages!

1 starModern Cage replies that I didnt pay for bushes and foundation to be painted???Well you are correct. I did not want all of your overspray covering my bushes which lost all their leaves. Overspray on the foundation of brown paint. My pavers have paint on them. You never filled the extra holes from the doors which were replaced. The ends of the cage do not have wires to protect the cage from pulling away from house in wind. You mounted downspout against the screen which is wearing. This was not where it was before. You left all of the parts and scrap from the job complete with paint buckets and old water bottles.Your guys simply left. No one said anything about being done. Maybe if they spoke English they could have. I have complete pictures of the shoddy work. Your earlier reply to another disatisfied customer said that you hire Doctors, Engineers, and athletes?? Sir, you've never called our company to make that complaint. The note we had was that the wind had loosened a screen.
The correct steps to take before trying to tarnish the reputation of a family-owned company are:
-Call the company and report the problem.
-Wait for the problems to be fixed.
-If all else fails, then you'd be right to write to the BBB.
BBB agents should call before posting accusations like this to verify that what the customer is alleging is true.Of course, we will take care of the details, we always do, and our clients are always satisfied.

1 starHorrible service, installation, follow-up and warranty compliance. Installed new screens , removed rusted bolts and painted supports in 2022. Found out after hurricanes last fall that not all rusted bolts were replaced, as evidenced by pieces of supports being blown off revealing rusty bolts. Installation was not done up to hurricane standards which they partially fixed in 2025. Installation of screens were not done by section but merely rolled over the length of the top cage, resulting in screens waving in breeze. Failed to fix all damage from last hurricane. They demanded payment which I made even though we were out of town. Subsequent review of their repairs showed they did not complete all the necessary work and damaged a portion of the supports. They are extremely difficult to get in touch with, seldom call you back and then send crews out who can’t communicate with you. I have tried over 6 months to work with them to finish the repairs but have finally given up. I have told them on numerous occasions that if they didn’t finish the repairs I would file a complaint with the BBB. Sir, we understand that the insurance companies did not help all the homeowners, and you want us to do the work for free according to the warranty.
However, in the same warranty, it states that we do not cover issues caused by weather. Despite that, you were helped, and the touch-up was completed. Therefore, we kindly ask you to remove this review, and if there is another issue, you can call us.

As I stated above, I paid you for the repairs which you didnt do properly and completely, resulting in your having to return several times. You insisted on payment even though we couldnt inspect work because we were out of town. You still havent finished one major repair which you told me you cant do. 1 starAbsolute shoddy job. Nothing that they promised happened. Fill holes in existing framework? NO Paint spray all over foundation and bushes. Never painted the plates attached for reinforcing cage. Installed a rain gutter on the side of cage rubbing against new screen. Left debris like buckets, parts, etc..They say 2 coats of paint. There are many places where the original white shows through the new ***** paint. Nobody speaks English so communication is impossible. 5 starsI am impressed with their responsiveness and being on time. Even more impressed by their expertise for refurbishing and rescreening our Lanai cage. It looks better than brand new since since they not only restored but also upgraded the cage. 1 starI hired them to re screen and paint my lanai. They did a fair job but had to be called back because they forgot to replace two tension wires that they had removed. I later noticed that the enclosure was no longer securely attached to the house or concrete deck on one side. I called them on the phone and was asked to text them a picture of the problem area. I did and never heard back from them and no one answers the phone, it goes to their mailbox and Ive left several messages. Im loosing faith that they will ever respond back to me to resolve this issue, and I may have to explore other means to resolve it.Modern Pool Cage Painting, LLC

First a correction here. I was Not informed that my issue would be resolved promptly, or given any time frame as to when it would be. Secondly, The details were described to the representative of your company that I spoke with and photos of the area were texted to the number she requested I send them to. Third, Numerous attempts were made by me over the next week to contact your company at the phone previously used however No one would answer, just a message machine where I left messages with my call back number. Fourth, I find it coincidental that I did finally receive a call back and resolution to the issue the day after contacting the BBB with my negative review. In conclusion, This could have all been avoided with open communication and information.
