I don't often check my credit card statements, but I recently did and discovered a recurring charge for $19.87 every month. I looked back at all the charges and realized that I had ordered a bracelet over a year ago from them and have been getting charged monthly ever since. They have stopped the membership, but refuse to refund my money dating back to the beginning, only would refund for 3 months. I had bought a couple of items from this business on 5/4/2024 and 5/22/2024. I noticed my credit card was being billed $19.87 per month for a membership that I did approve of. I was told that the membership was canceled.
