    The business submitted the following as a response to the BBB inquiry:
    We have lots of issues with USPS as a carrier. We ship thousands of orders a day and with our volume it seems some get lost in the mail.
    We have a great relationship with USPS and always in constant contact with them if we see any problems with orders not getting to our customers.
    We are constantly working on these issues by installing apps to our e-commerce store to help customers track orders and easily contact us if there has been an issue.
    We are also actively in conversation with top USPS managers to improve USPS deliverability.
