This compliant is regarding a survey that was taken from a reliable site with promise to receive a Smart Watch at no charge just pay postage At around $7.00. When I receive the smart watch the box had a picture of stop watch with the back of the box no writing. When I open the box it contain it appeared like the picture on the box with manual marked SMART HAND RING WATCH MANUAL with instruction with QR code and download " Hyfine" app from from my App Store. I attempted to charge the watch. I noticed there was no way to turn it on or charge this Watch. The return address is Gadget Unit ****, ************************************************** ***********. This location is a ************ I cancelled my debit card for fear of unauthorize transactions to this card . Please investigate this company, and stop them from taking advantage of people, that just simply taking a survey.Business Response

I received an email As a TMobile Customer appreciation for **** shipping fee I would receive a gadget watch. No agreement beyond this. I used my debit card and have been charged ****, *****, ******. Working with my bank now. I'm a low income senior and this is hurting me. I've called this business and it goes to voice mail with no business name mentioned. As a VIP ********** member you were given a free 10 days Trial with an automatic enrollment in our monthly Flex Pay program, which allows you to pay for your watch in two low cost installments each month rather than paying for the watch all at once. Your trial for the watch has expired and because you have not cancelled you were billed the first installment of the watch that you have in your possession per our terms and conditions (you had to agree to the terms to be able to place the order). We have not sent you any new shipments.As a one time courtesy, we went ahead and issued a refund of $58.63 without the need to return the products. Please allow **** business days depending on your bank's processing time for the credit to reflect back to your account.

On August 21st I got a text from ******** saying that because of my loyalty to ******** they are sending a free Apple smart watch. Only fee is the shipping cost which is $6.96. On August 30 I received a watch from The Gadgets Hub, Unit ****, *********************************************************** I recieved a dummy watch. It is unusable. No way to charge or turn it on. It's cheap and pure junk. I know this is a scam and I don't want this to happen to others who are taken in by this total fraudulent company. I'm afraid that I will keep getting charges so I have to cancel my bank card! This is a terrible nuisance since I pay my bills with the same card. Besides a refund I would like some investigation info this"company", The Gadgets Hub. I know what they are doing is illegal and they should be shut down. I'm sure you have received other complaints like mine. Why aren't these fraudulent companies shut down?? They could cost me and others alot of money. Received a smart phone in mail today after having called customer service to cancel the order. I took what purported to be a T-Mobile survey. The survey end told me I would receive an iWatch 7. ALl I had to do was pay survey. I usually do not fall for scams like this, but the cost of shipping was $6.85. The payee appeared on my bank account as ********************* ********** CA 08/19.
I figured ZI was scammed and I cancelled my bank card I used so no other payment chages could appear.
Today I received a package from The Gadgets Hub that has an address of :
The Smart Hub, Unit 1654, 1777 Abram Ct., San Leandro, CA **********
The package contained a "Smart Watch". The manual inside said to charge the watch before using. There is no charging port on the watch. I cannot find a button to turn the device on. The watch feels suspiciously light. I figure it is just an empty case.
I would like my money refunded and I will return this so called "Smart Watch to" either The Gadgets Hub or T********************* . If that is a real businessBusiness Response

I received a text message from CVS about being a loyal customer. I could choose anything on a list as a gift. I chose the Smart Watch for $6.85 and used my **** Credit Card. Then I saw an additional charge of $57.06 from the same company - reference MyProlificSunGadgetSWA, 8662386477CA. I did not authorize this second charge and would like credits for both amounts - $6.85 and $57.06 as this was a SCAM. Unfortunately, we can no longer process any refund on your account since you already filed a dispute with your bank. The reason we cannot process a refund is that you have already requested one with them. Meaning that they already gave you or are going to give you the amount disputed. The best resolution is to coordinate with your bank regarding this matter.
