- Cancellations must be submitted 72 hours prior to pickup time, there will be no charge for this. Your $500 pre-authorization hold will be released and you will not be charged. Cancellations made within the 72 hour window are subject to the full rental period charge per the rental booking. If cancellation is made within 24 hours, the full rental period charge plus a cancellation fee of $30.00 will apply. If the customer does not show up to rent the vehicle or if cancellation is made after the pick up time, the customer must pay for the full rental period at our regular rental rate as per reservation. Any early returns may be a subject to a full charge as per reservation.
The vehicle will be held for up to 30 minutes after the reservation time. Late returns are $75. Please note all of the extra charges and applicable fees will be charged on renter's credit card on file. - Business Categories
