    Our home uses this product to control our lighting. The product has always had technical issues which had to be resolved remotely through the companys customer service. In the past year, the customer service has fallen off dramatically as the product bugs increase in frequency. The last time I called to resolve various issues, they informed me that they no longer offer support for the product and that I would have to find a local distributor to help me. When I asked who the nearest distributor was, they informed me that it was not even located in the same state as my home. In addition, they couldnt even tell me if that distributor supported my product. My several attempts to contact that distributor failed. I am now left with no customer support for this difficult product. It seems ridiculous to me that this company does not take responsibility for supporting this highly technical product. I believe they should either provide basic technical service or offer compensation to purchase a replacement product.

    ******** never works along with videos and thermostats and the app are always not working and offline.
