      We ordered over $6000.00 in furniture at there ******* Fl location on January 5th 2025. With delivery to start the first 2 weeks February nothing. Delivery kept being pushed out till the end of April beginning of May. I canceled the order ***** ****** Manager of this location who was our salesman assured me we would receive a full refund. No merchandise was ever received

      When we were in the market for new recliners in October of 2024, I purchased two identical power recliners outright for two thousand one hundred eighty-two dollars and ninety-six cents. The chairs were delivered on October 19, 2024. Neither chair's power feature felt right since they arrived; they never felt sturdy. By November 2024 (a month after we purchased it), the recliner my mom uses, after being in the hospital 3 times since ******* broke. Last week, four months after we purchased it, my uncle who has congestive heart failure's recliner broke. Neither one of them is strong enough to make the chair recline manually.I reached out to Furniture Warehouse for help, however, ****** was no help. I asked her to escalate. She escalated to ***** in Furniture Repair who told me the recliners would be repaired and she could do nothing else for me. In my opinion, ***** conveyed zero empathy and zero customer-service savvy. I, likely, would have been better off with ***** helping me as it could have given me the same **** gate-keeping responses ***** did. I explained to ***** that since both chairs were made poorly and both broke, common sense tells us that they'll break again after repair, and I need working recliners for recovering/sick relatives. I asked ***** to either pick them up and refund my money -OR- replace them with something that will work. She would do neither, so I asked to speak to a General Manager, but she would not allow me to talk to anyone other than those in the Furniture ****************** ***** **** up on **** furnished a whole house with Furniture Warehouse. Now, I ask them to help me after they sold me horrific quality products and they won't?! I see my business truly does not matter to them one bit, so I will no longer use Furniture Warehouse when I furnish my properties. I already reached out to Orders at The Furniture Warehouse email address, so no need to give me your standard response with that email address as it was no help.

      BUYER BEWARE- we purchased a complete bedroom set from The Furniture Warehouse. The quality of what we received was very different than what appears on the showroom floor. Upon pickup, our furniture was wrapped and packaged securely - but the pieces inside were chipped, unglued, nicked, dented, unpainted and broken. We went through boxes for 5 sets of furniture and were unable to find pieces that were not damaged. We were told by the owner that everyone has a different level of tolerance, and they stand behind their high-quality furniture. We were not appreciated as a customer felt like we were the ones wrong for not accepting damaged furniture. Dealing with both customer service and the owner was a horrible experience. We will never shop with this company again. We received a partial refund from this company, but it was only after WE FILED A DISPUTE WITH OUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY.

      WE PURCHASED A 6 PIECE RECLINING FABRIC SECTIONAL AND IT WAS DELIVERED ON AUGUST 24TH WE STARTED NOTICING A ***** SMELL LATER IN THE DAY AND IT SEEMED TO BE GETTING WORSE. WE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE **** AND ALSO HAD A **** COME OUT TO THE HOUSE. THE **** CLAIMED HE DID NOT SMELL ANYTHING ***** BUT NOTED THAT WE HAD CATS. WE WERE TOLD WE CANNOT RETURN THE FURNITURE DUE TO HAVING PETS AND THEY WILL NOT COME AND FIX THE SMELL AS THE **** DID NOT SMELL ANYTHING. I TOLD THEM IF THEY THOUGHT THE **** WAS FROM MY PETS THAT WE PAID FOR THAT 3 YEAR PROTECTION WHICH COVERS ACCIDENTS AND SPILLS SO I NEEDED THEM TO COME AND ASSESS AND CLEAN THE FURNITURE. THE **** SAW NO VISIBLE STAINS OR SMELLED ANY ****S SO THEY WILL NOT DO ANYTHING. OUR CONCERN IS THAT THE FURNITURE OBSORBED ****S FROM FLOODING DURING HURRICANE ***** AS THE WAREHOUSE IS ON ******************* AND THAT AREA WAS FLOODED RIGHT BEFORE OUR DELIVERY. WE HAVE HAD THE FURNITURE FOR ABOUT 10 DAYS NOW AND THE ***** **** IS STILL THERE EVERYTIME WE WALK INTO THAT ROOM. BEWARE IT IS YOUR WORD AGAINST THEIRS AND IF YOU HAVE PETS THEN YOU HAVE NO OPTIONS AS THEY USE THAT FOR AN EXCUSE TO NOT FIX ANYTHING.

      On Dec.6 2021 we purchased a leather sectional sofa with 3 recliners built in.We also purchased the extended warranty for this furniture. One of the recliner frames broke. We called furniture warehouse and talked to them, I think in May. They sent someone to our house to look at it. He reported back to them on what parts were needed to repair it. They supposedly ordered the parts from China and said it should be repaired in July. It’s now August and we’ve heard nothing more from them. We paid over 4000 for this sofa and warranty, we have all the paperwork. Please help us resolve this issue!!!!

      18th Street Ellenton, Fl Special order chair for over $700 and waited almost a year to receive the chair - told 3-6 months. We had to follow up many times because the company didnt contact us to give us updates. Had chair 8 months before fabric before the side seams started separating. Got the runaround, sent in photos of issues. Asked for credit or money back. They said absolutely not. The company said that this chair must be a lemon. The company sent 3 different repair people to fix the chair but the same problem reoccurred each time. We again asked for credit or money back. The company said no way and that they were done with us and no more help would be available. Poor quality item despite the company moto of the highest quality merchandise Nothing but a giant pain and a loss of money. Stay away - far away. Protect your money and spend it elsewhere.

      I purchased a sectional and a mattress from The Furniture Warehouse the mattress was not comfortable I called to let them know that the mattress is not going to work for me. also purchased the mattress cover I was never told that I was going to get charged $79.99. And they don’t refund your money they offer store credit only. When I called to speak to corporate about the charge I got a rude customer service representative Maggie. I will NEVER RECOMMEND THE FURNITURE WAREHOUSE to anyone, go spend your money elsewhere because they don’t know how to treat customers and they don’t let you know upfront about fees.

      TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!We purchased a brand new white leather recliner and it turned yellow. We are seasonal and used it for only 4 months and then were gone for 8 months during the warranty at which time the warranty expired and the yellowing occurred. We had the A/C on and had the recliner covered with a white sheet while we were gone.This company failed to replace the recliner after multiple requests. We also learned this was a one-off manufacturers defect - which is another reason they should have made this right!We should be a valued customer as we spent thousands of dollars furnishing our place in ********* with FW furniture.ANY reasonable company that cares about their customers would have made this right and replaced the recliner.WE DO NOT RECOMMEND SHOPPING AT FURNITURE WAREHOUSE!

      The customer informed the Furniture Warehouse of their concerns and desire to have the recliner replaced. Unfortunately, due to the period of ownership the item was past its warranty. However, when the customer raised the issue to our staff, we were able to provide a $250 store credit on 1/29/2024 as an attempt to keep a valued customer. While this may not be up to the standards of the request of the customer, the item was out of warranty and the $250 store credit should hopefully serve as an opportunity to replace the damaged item.

      I lost my house in FMB in hurricane *** n moved up here last March. I bought a bedroom and small dining set. The dresser drawer needed fixing. Gash in my headboard, top on my table was put on off center. I was going home to ** the 1st week of April. I was told I could get everything fixed when I got back in November. It's now November and my headboard and drawers are fixed but my table is not. After arguing about my table being off center, service brought a different table top (the whole set came in a IKEA box )! The top was different and I refused it because it's not what I BOUGHT!! I go back to the store to look at the set in store and my chairs were different!! I didn't realize because I'm going crazy with the top. So now they changed companies so they can't get my table set. I wanted to get the one that is in the store but I can't because I bought them in March even though I've only been here for a total of 6 weeks and was told I could deal with it when I came back. Two weeks ago (I must be crazy) I buy another bedroom set and an whitish dresser. The mirror and one of the drawers had to be fixed! The dresser was like a beige color not like the one in the store! I was told it's the lights in the store. Why have lights that change the color of things you buy? That makes no sense. They wanted me to pay a delivery fee even though it wasn't my fault and I was exchanging it for another one that was $700 more!!! I paid 60 or 80 $$$ for something I feel I shouldn't have had to. Delivery is free over $750 and the new bureau was over $1,000 but they subtracted the price of the dresser being returned, unreal. My living room set I just bought has a small tear in it but you know what? I'm not even going to call cuz I'm sick of it! I bought pictures, lamps and brought 2 couples in who are furnishing there whole house. I wasted hours waiting for deliveries and service people. They have nice things just a lot of headaches. The owner sounds like a real jerk. Heartless ???????

      I went to ****** store ***************** was more than helpful in my decision. She really did give me all the time that I need with suggestions of differents options. I sure would recommend furniture warehouse to everyone looking deserve a great service! . Thank you, ***.
