    Foremost Fence started a job at my residence 3 weeks ago. The installers did not have all of the necessary materials. They brought a 5 foot fence panel instead of a 6 foot panel. They were not able to complete the work. I called ***** and he said that he would order the necessary materials and that it would be about 7 to 10 days. I have called and initially was told by ***** that he would call me back. Since then they are no longer returning my calls. I just want the job completed satisfactorily and a 10% adjustment to the price due to a 5 foot fence being installed instead of a 6 foot fence panel.

    Original fence faded, Foremost filed claim with Manufacturer and was sent material to reinstall. Installation was started, one section was left not replaced with new and not attached to rest of fence. I have been communicating by email and phone for over 2 years. First the said Manufacturer did not send enough. Now they do not respond to email or return phone calls now.

    I am working with the manufacturer on reopening the warranty claim for Bunny. I will reach out to the customer when I have an update on the time frame unfortunately these claims do take some time to come through, especially since this will be my 2nd claim with the company.

    Fence was not installed properly. Panels fell down and fence caps blew away during simple thunderstorm. Attempted to resolve situation but company does not return calls and has not shown up twice to fix the problem. I have called and spoken to employees approximately 15 times. Each time they have said someone will return my call. I have yet to get a response.

    Customer was contacted in June 2023 regarding the fence issue. We installed a fence 2-1/2 years ago and she lost some post caps and her fence was leaning. An estimator went out and met with her regarding the issues, and discussed what we could do to fix the problem. A proposal should have been produced for the repair work, and never did (so this slipped thru the cracks), nontheless, We reached out to her again after she made an inquiry to Better Business Bureau. We had a crew out to her residence 8/3/2023 and straightened her fence out and glued her posts caps, free of charge.  ***

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, although my issue has not been resolved, I dont foresee the company fixing the problem. They did come back out after the complaint but the fence is still leaning in the ** corner and they did NOT glue or replace caps. I dont know what they did but at this point, I am tired of dealing with them.

    Foremost Fence company was contacted for vinyl fence replacement after the hurricane damage. **** the sales associate came out to the property to assess the fence. We were told that it would be sometime in February 2023 before the fence would be done. On 2/2/23 two guys came out and made some repairs. They did not speak English so upon leaving we were trying to communicate to them that the fence was not done correctly but they left not understanding the issue. We contacted the managers ***** and ***** several times and even sent photos of the shoddy work. On 2/25/23 two guys showed up and had to leave because they were misinformed. They were told a panel needed to be fixed but they could see it was all around the property that the fence needed to be redone. We have been patiently waiting a very long time to get this matter resolved but management is not properly addressing our concerns. Very disappointed in the service received. Our fence needs to be done correctly and we should not be put on hold any further.
