    Automation Empire had offered to manage our investments with my business partner and I's lines of credit. For $12500 they were supposed to manage everything, and we would just have to keep our credit bill paid essentially. After we signed our first contract, ***************************** (previous owner of automation empire) sold the business. The new owners tried to force us to sign a new contract - stated we could no longer utilize credit. (that it could be used but they weren't going to) - and that we needed to sign the 2nd contract - in order to proceed. Automation Empire never upheld their end of the original contract. and told us there are no refunds. They have refused to give us our money back. My business partner and I ended up indebted for over 16k through this whole ordeal. The whole deal seemed like a bait-and-switch.I've attached the original contract, as well as the 2nd contract that Automation Empire tried to coerce us to sign. I had previously tried to file a complain through BBB, but the application would not properly submit the report / complaint. Otherwise I would have filed it within the requested time. Thank you ****
