      Calling about savings on utility bill and when asked more questions and about this being a scam , she hanged up the phone.

      We ordered *************** on November 5th 2022 and paid a deposit. At the time of the order we were told that the installation would occur in 6-8 ************ would keep us informed. We have not received any updates or communication since we ordered the doors and windows. We tried to reach out to the company via phone and we were redirected to a ****** voice number. We've left VMs and called multiple time and we are unable to get in contact. All attempts to send them an email results in a automated message that our emails are blocked. We tried to contact them through the website listed on their *************** The website no longer exists. We are completely unable to reach the business to find out any information related to our order.

      We ordered 5 windows from this business on 12/08/2021. We put down a deposit of $4262. We have never recieved the windows. We were given several excuses at first but the last four attempts to communicate with the company had no response. Website for the business is no longer available. Phone calls go to voice mail that says mailbox is full

      Been fooling with this company since 2021. Still waiting on the last window that we will probably never get. We asked for our money back but *** (CEO) wont respond. It appears a bankruptcy may have taken place.This has been an extremely difficult experience and has caused us great stress.There is only one reason a company wont communicate and its not good.Save yourself time, money and stress.

      I entered into a contract in September 2021 for impact windows for my house. Originally I had also included a large slider and front door replacement, but changed that within 2 days of original contract. My deposit was based on original order, so was $22,000. To date, I still have no windows. The project manager, ***, did respond to texts a couple of times in mid 2022. I was patient, understanding that there were issues with supplies and manufacture due to COVID. Now, we are 15+ months later and I have no windows and calls and voicemails remain unanswered. I am calling everyday. I have indicated that they can text or call. I get no response. As I have told them, I can deal with what I know, but I must receive an update.At this point, if my windows are not ready, I would like my deposit back. If my windows are ready, I would like them installed and will need documentation that the manufacturer has been paid for my windows.At the time I ordered product from this company, the complaints were not great. Now it appears they are in trouble. I am still hoping for a good outcome.

      On Aug 7, 2020 I entered into a contract with Home Energy Advisors for installation of two doors and a window for $ 10, 229. That price included the company securing all permits. The windows were finally installed in Jan 2022. I requested a copy of the permit approval and was told they woud find it and send it to me. I contacted the office several times but did not seem to get anywhere so I contacted *** who had been the person who was responsible for the installation and he said he would get it. I texted him regularly and even was asked for dates of availability for the inspection. One of my neighbors looked up the county records and found that no permit was taken out. *** then said he would have the office get one immediately. There stilll has been no permit pulled or inspectionn and I do not want to get a fine for not getting one or lose a sale someday for lack of one. I paid for the permit as part of my purchase price

      The company installed new windows and sliding door plus the front door close to 1 year ago. Ive been trying to schedule a county inspection, so Home Energy Advisors can come and finish the install. It should only take a few days to get the inspection scheduled and done, but the company is ignoring my requests.
