    Subject: Formal Complaint Against WS1 for Unlawful Disposal of My ********************* of Terms and Conditions Dear , I am submitting a formal complaint against my forwarding company, WS1, for the unauthorized disposal of my shipments, valued at $607.7, in violation of their own terms and ************* early 2024, I arranged for about shipments to be delivered to WS1s warehouse in ********. However, due to their warehouse relocation, WS1 placed all shipments on hold until May 2024. Later that year, when I requested my shipments, WS1 admitted that they had been disposed of without any prior notification or opportunity for me to take action.According to WS1s terms and conditions (link), I am entitled to unlimited storage time with the option to pay for additional time as required. Despite this, WS1 unilaterally disposed of my shipments while they were under a hold due to their own operational changes. Their failure to inform me or provide any resolution before disposing of my property is a direct violation of their contractual obligations and a severe act of negligence.I have repeatedly requested reimbursement from ***, but my claims have been ignored and rejected. Given their clear violation of consumer rights and breach of contract, I am seeking the regulators intervention to:1.Investigate WS1s handling of my shipments and determine if they breached consumer protection laws or shipping regulations.2.Hold WS1 accountable for violating their own terms and conditions by disposing of shipments that were placed on hold.3.Facilitate a reimbursement of $600 for the lost shipments.I am prepared to provide supporting documents, including order details, WS1s terms and conditions, and my correspondence with them, to assist in your investigation.I appreciate your time and assistance in addressing this matter and look forward to your ************* regards,******** A. ******* *************

    I am writing to file a formal complaint against WS1.com (**********************************************************************), an intermediary shipping company that facilitates the shipment of products purchased from **** websites to customers outside the **** While their service is intended to simplify international shipping, I have encountered significant issues with their business practices, particularly regarding the documentation of product values and the provision of required customs paperwork. Key Issues: 1. Misrepresentation of Product Values: WS1.com consistently declares product values higher than the actual purchase price by including unrelated shipping costs. For example: - A product purchased for $10 was declared at $73, including shipping fees. - This practice not only raises suspicions that the company is inflating values to increase their commission but also results in higher customs duties that I must pay in *******. Despite providing unaltered invoices multiple times, WS1.com refuses to correct these discrepancies. Instead, they blindly copy the total invoice amounts (product price + shipping costs) without distinguishing between the two. 2. Failure to Provide Required Customs Documentation: For my most recent shipment, WS1.com has failed to provide the WS1-Service Invoice (freight cost invoice), which is required by *** Germany and customs authorities to clear the shipment. Despite submitting a ******** Invoice, the company has ignored repeated requests for the correct document, claiming the provided invoice is only a goods accompanying document. If the required invoice is not submitted by January 31, 2025, the shipment will be returned to the sender, causing significant financial and logistical inconvenience. Requested Resolution: 1. Immediate provision of the WS1-Service Invoice to DHL *******. 2. Correction of all declared product values to reflect actual prices paid, excluding shipping costs. Sincerely, ******
