This company continues to call and text me in regards to some medical collection I supposedly have. I am retired military and have no medical costs. I earned free medical care for life. As to why they believe that I need to pay after theyve been paid by Tricare is beyond me.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: I have never heard of this company before, they do not seem to have any contact information for me besides a number that isn't private, and I have no account with them. I would like them to stop contacting me as I never opened an account with them. I received a second text from them on behalf of another company that never contacted me before ether. I would greatly appreciate it if they would not contact me again.

I am rejecting this response because: I previously filed a complaint due to the amount of calls & text messages received by this company and received this response on 08/12/2024. ************ indicates that she was called by GCCB but does not have an account. ********************** has confirmed the phone number was provided for a different consumer and has removed the phone number. Well, I just received another call & they obviously did not remove my phone number. They do not tell me who is calling, why they are calling & who to call back. All they say is the number & hours to call. Thats it. If the harassing calls & text messages start up again, I will be seeking legal advice.

I recently begun receiving automated voicemails claiming to represent this company, but I have never had any contact with them.Upon an internet search, I learned this company is a debt collector. I have no debt, and no creditors or other businesses have communicated anything to the contrary.I will not be returning this company's calls out of concern the calls could be part of some type of scam given I have no business to conduct with a debt collector.I request no further communications from this company.Business Response

My health insurance is taking their time processing a claim from ******************************************************** 2022. A visit to the ************** (Baycare) emergency room was billed to me 2 times, once from the provider (which I paid in full) and another from the facility. Apparently they can send two DIFFERENT bills and don't communicate that to you when you sign in. Nevermind that you're not in your right mind when seeking emergency care. Baycare sent this account to *********************** and now this company is calling me seeking payment when I'm trying to wait on UMR insurance to process the claim and pay Baycare. I want this company to STOP calling me and harassing me for money that isn't theirs to ask for.Business Response
