My name is *************************, and I was involved in a car accident in October of 2021. I went to the hospital retained an attorney ***********************, and began treatment at Physicians Group LLC. I had ******************** with PIP coverage of 10K. We hadnt got a police report for over 10 days, and fault wasnt established. I was very hesitant to continue with treatment at this point but was assured by both the doctor in the Physicians Group, and my attorney that I wouldnt receive a bill. Once I got the police report it had me as the at fault driver so I decided to stop being treated at Physicians Group because I didnt want to receive a bunch of outstanding bills. I am very confused why I am now receiving these bills from them when I only had maybe 3 appointments in there office, and was assured by the doctor my 10 thousand dollars of PIP insurance was not going to be exceeded, and I wasnt going to receive a bill. I am in subsidized housing, and on food stamps so I cant afford this outrageous bill! I also have county health insurance so maybe they will pay this but I sure can not. I hope there can be a positive resolution to this issue.
