I ordered a bicycle from Peace Bicycles on 5/19/2021. Order # *****.They promised delivery that summer, and cited Covid related difficulties with *************. I have corresponded numerous times since the order was placed. The reply was an apology and another delivery window. At one point in 2022 I asked for a full refund (after multiple missed delivery promises) and was told I could not receive a refund . I have contacted them by phone and text and do not receive a reply. The last update they sent was Jan. 9, 2023, saying my bike may have been stolen out of the warehouse, and that and that it will be "delivered estimated after January 8, 2023. I've not received my order, nor are they returning emails, phone calls, nor texts. I no longer trust this company, and they have not delivered an order placed more than 20 months ago. We tried to be transparent that supply chain delays could happen and were out of our control and asked for a checkbox confirmed contract to be agreed to during covid supply chain before purchase to make this clear. Our updates were made from real-time events and news updates that affected our supply chain. We usually ship same day/next as we do now. We have resent the bike you requested as it was lost in transit. I ordered a bike on their website in May 2020 with an advertised delivery of July 2020. **** was not sent to a bike shop until November 2022 after many promised ship dates that came and went. Bike was delivered damaged. They also refused to tell me where the bike actually was. I had to find it myself. I was told by the mechanic that they were supposed to send replacement parts for smashed pieces on bike. They never did. I also ordered accessories with the bike that have never come, peace bikes ignores my emails about it. So I paid $730 for a damaged bike, waited over two years for and they couldnt even give me everything I ordered and claimed that the accessories were discontinued but the same bike and accessories are still on their site for double what I paid two years ago. I had selected back in September replacement accessories that have never showed up.Business Response

I ordered and paid for a bicycle invoice #***** 5/21/21 $663.99. I have not received the bicycle yet! For a year hey said it was stuck in a container. Then July - early Oct this year they said it was on its way. After hearing nothing more since Oct 4th, I asked yet again where is my bike. They said yesterday it was at a local here bike shop being assembled for the past 2 1/2 weeks. They will not tell me where I is. Now they will not respond. They do not return phone calls! I would like all my money back or the bike and not have to wait anymore! I tried to er m money back a couple of times. They said no first . Now they say I cant get it all back!????Business Response

Bicycle was delivered:) We work with many shops around ******* and sometimes they're backed up with assemblies. While we try to do what we can to make this faster it comes down to the shop/assembler on how fast the assembly/delivery turnaround is. We tried to be as transparent as possible that during the height of Covid there could be delays out of our control and that bikes could be delayed 6-9 months+.
WE ARE VERY HAPPY COVID DELAYS ARE OVER AND WE CAN SHIP IN-STOCK BIKES IN 3-5 DAYS :)

***************************the bike was delivered with large dents in the front fender and several paint dings and plastic coming out of head tube. I paid $139 for the bike to be assembled as well as a lot more for bike price. Now I have dentedand dinged bike with plastic hanging off and company has no response!!!??? The bike needs to be in perfect new bike condition as any one would expect! I did not pay to have dented fender and several dings to the paint and plastic coming out of head tube. Not acceptable!

I placed an order for a bicycle on February 11, 2022 from this company. I heard nothing from them about when the bike would be delivered until I reached out to them in May and again in June for a delivery update. I was told in May there were "supply chain issues" and then in June that there were delays due to "zero covid policies in *****". On October 21, 2022 I AGAIN contacted the company for a delivery update, and I was told that the bike was "delivered to the assembly shop", with no info where this is, and to "please allow the assembler to contact you when ready-usually 2-4 days". I have not heard from whoever the "assembler" is and when I emailed Peace bicycles again telling them that, NO ONE has replied to my email. I have already paid for this bike via my PayPal account and can provide proof of payment if requested by you. This experience is feeling like a huge scam to me.Business Response

In March of 2021, I ordered an e-bike from the company which has still not been delivered, despite periodic updates from the company saying that bikes will be delivered in a specific time frame. Many of those delivery dates have passed, and the company will not issue a refund.Business Response
