              I called this company to come and check my refrigerator and get an estimate on repairs. I had a technician by the name of **** come out and gave me an estimate for repairs in the amount of $349, this was on Oct 11, 2023. I was told the part will is ordered and should come in early the next week. I put down $100 deposit for this service. I never got a call back from the company so after a week went by I called the company. I have since called the company 5 times leaving messages as no one ever picks up. I have also texted the technician **** and the text line with no reply. I then sent an email stating I wanted a refund due to poor business practices of taking my down payment and never responding to my phone calls. It is now the 28th of October and I have not received any reply from the business at all.

              We called for service on our ice maker. They replaced it for a whopping $416. Within a few months, it would not stop making ice. This resulted in overflow and frost everywhere in our freezer. We called and they said the date states its past its warranty. I told them we were snow birds and the ice maker had been shut off for 6 months. They didn't care and said they would ask the supervisor and give us a call back. They never did and they also did not give us a senior discount which is advertised on their ad!So, beware of this place and stay away!!
