    I used their equipment for the last 15 years. I have had one speaker that blew out. I received a invoice for 4 speaker. I was told everything will shipped in 4 days. I was advised that due to the recent storms in ******* he wont be able to shipped out the speaker. Since I didn&#**;t get my equipment. I was told I would get a full refund $176.00 in my bank account. I want my $176.00 refunded immediately.

    I place an order on January 10 2024 after a week of it saying order not for filled I email but got no response couple day after I received a phone call from the company stating that item was not in stock but if I was willing to wait it would be shipped end of February ************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** it would be shipped out end of said week I waited then contacted money the next week said there was a delay and it would be sent out next day wait and msg the end of the week and told them Im going to contact my bank for full refund at that time the owner says he will refund full amount and also ship out item for the inconvenience next day in provides a tracking number but never ships anything nor refunds anything now he says I should be mad because the kit was only 65$ us but he dont understand that if I cant get the kit the I have to replace his 2 speakers with cost me 500$ can

    On November 9, 2023, I placed an order for mid-range speakers worth $109.98 from Crescendo Audio. At the time of placing the order, they mentioned that the item was out of stock and would be restocked in four weeks, after which it would be shipped to me. However, four weeks went by and I did not receive the item. I then reached out to them via email, and on 1/9/2024, I received a response stating that the item was now available and would be shipped soon. Despite several emails and phone calls, I have not yet received the item, even after almost another month.

    I had bought a product from crescendo audio on August 27 2022 Order number #***** for $1,199. I waiting 7 months to get the item and I still haven't gotten it so I asked crescendo to cancel the order and a full refund on March 9th 2023 they asked for my zelle and I still have received anything from them I asked again after 2 full business week and still nothing I called them on the 1st of May and left a voice-mail and still have not received a call back they are withhold my money at this point I am not sure what to do it has already been 9months and I still don't have my money or the item that I ordered they also tried to delete my message to cover themself but I took a screenshot of what I wrote on March 23 2023 reminding them of their promise to refund me
