5 starsI just replaced my A/C system and have been very happy with the result and with the technicians (****** & associate) from Cool Today. They did an efficient and thorough job and even pointed out some other areas of concern which I had not noticed. 5 starsThe 2 inspectors (we have 4 a/cs which needed servicing were quick, polite and seemingly thorough.The only thing I'd suggest is to make sure the wall thermostats are set to the setting you want and how you understand them to be set. Fortunately, when we realized teh setting wasn't how we usually had it, the guys were still loading the truck so they happily came back in to make the adjustmentCool Today

1 starWe are having an issue with our A/C unit, is NOT cooling , the technician came out and told us the evaporator coil need it to be changed, we agreed to pay for it, he explained that the we needed to wait between 12 to 24 hours for the system to start cooling, it did for half a day and right after the temp inside the house start rising again, technician came out again and said everything look fine , he washed the compressor and told us that after a couple of hours should start cooling again, and now after six hours temp. start going up again.I don't now what to do and this company does not seems to care.Cool Today

1 starWe have an issue with our Heat Pump/ Hot Water Heater that they installed 8 years ago(still under warranty) along with repiping our entire home(24K), so they sent a tech out (***) to repair, he went through error codes and came back and said that after trying that it did not fix the heater, so the next step was to bring out an AC tech ? *** explained to me that the heat pump side of the hot water heater is like an ac unit and that he would be able to trouble shoot why it is not working. So then an AC tech came out same day looked at the heater and said why am I here I am a AC tech, after talking to his boss he came back and said it was not appropriate for him to work on the heater because he does not have any idea on how to work on it and that it was a misunderstanding between the plumbing and cooling divisions. He told me that his boss would send someone else out to fix the heater,STILL WAITING.If I could select zero stars I would.Then I get the email for a REVIEW of the service call ????Cool Today

5 starsI called at 8:45 to schedule an appointment possibly for today and they arrived at 10:45. My line to drain water outside was plugged and this has been a recurring problem. I was told to come out was a fee of $89 dollars but if they repaired something it was waved. Other local A/C companies would come out for hours and would tell me I needed a new line put in through the attic. They would just put a shopvac to the line and slowly very slowly add water Cool Air did that but then used compressed air to open the line. It works better than new when installed Because I signed up for their every 6 month evaluation for $139 I didnt have to pay for this free visit and they will come out twice in the next year. They charged $279 to clear the water drain. Other companies wanted to charge me $1,400 to install a new water line drain. I called another company first but was told they couldnt come until tomorrow. I found them honest and reliable. I was also told if a lizard crawled in the line and died they would flush it with acid but this was not needed.Cool Today
