      "Royal Shell handled my property for 3 years and then summarily dropped us as clients when the Tenants did not renew their Seasonal lease When the Tenants damaged some parts of our property we asked Royal Shell to intercede, but they would not because they also represented the Tenants (a conflict imof interest). One of the property managers literally yelled at me for not agreeing to a certain low rental rate." ... Read full review
