    Unfinished job! Crew showed up and did part of the work that was called for in job estimate. Operator of the bucket lift refused to cut 3 limbs on camphor tree and branches in front of house as per the estimate on June 19,2023. We paid the full amount on the day of service despite the full job agreed to being completed. I showed him the written estimate called for but he said basically “I don’t care what it says, that is all I am cutting”. He left the property with the bucket lift machine and I called Sun State tree agent Jeffrey Anderson and explained the situation and he said he would get the crew back out there to finish job. I have called four times, sent 1 letter to business address, and sent one email June 25, 2023 with no crew showing up to complete the job estimate. I find this to be very unprofessional. Interesting note to this is when I used this company in the past, they were very dependable but now I wonder if there is new management. So at this time I can only say beware for you don’t know which crew will show up and if Sun State Tree has your back. The job is still not completed as of the date of this complaint.

    This company did an excellent job of trimming and cutting branches from numerous trees in my yard. I would highly recommend this company. Kevin and Brett thank you so much.

    In November of 2022 they removed a giant oak tree from my property. During the removal they dropped a branch on my boat trailer and broke it. They promised to fix it in a week. The man who was going to fix it is no longer employed. It is now the end of March and they will not even return my call. I am starting legal proceedings now.
