This company did the plaster finish on my new swimming pool twenty days ago. The plaster shows trowel marks everywhere, the step edge is not straight and the acid wasn't washed evenly to expose the quartzite color evenly. The worst part, it has been leaking for 20 days! 5" per day! We have not been a priority for the warranty repair. Now the concrete deck is cracked due to so much water loss! I have left many phone messages and haven't been contacted by them. I have also waited all day for someone to finally take a look at it but nobody has showed up! I contracted All Phase for a resurface project. After many delays, the new surface was applied, but it was done incorrectly around the pool light. Again, after many weeks, many calls, many left messages, and another big water bill, the light was installed. But it does not work and All Phase claims they have no responsibility. I own my own business and understand how important customer service and communication is. All Phase does not!Review from David V

This company and its sub contractors are poor quality and poor workmanship! None of them care about their work. Communication is very poor to the customer. Work was not performed in a professional manner. The owner Joe comes out after several calls and request and basically defends his workers. Many excuses given on issues of concern with the subs. I would not recommend nor hire this company. I spent over 15K and hate this job!
