            We hired this company to clean, replace the pool equipment and restore the pool to a working condition following the damages from Hurricane Ian. Our contract was 12/3/22. We paid more than this would normally cost because we needed the work done quickly to help mitigate more damage from occurring. We paid $3114 in advance. When we went to check on the work we found that the pool was full of algee and debris. We cannot tell if the equipment works or ever worked and it is not working now. There are exposed wires. We sent photos to the owner and he has promised to have someone do what we contracted for and paid for, but it has been weeks. We have many texts to and from the owner and he promises to correct the situation and then no one shows up. We want a full refund so that we can hire somone else to do the job we paid this company for, plus any additional costs we have from the pool remaining damaged from the storm for all of this additional time.

            In October 2021 Sparkle Brite Pools was contracted to resurface our pool, repair a crack, and fix a leaking pipe. The work was completed on October 22, 2021 and was warranted for a year. After the work was completed we noticed that the pool was still losing water and the drain cover was not affixed and pool surface is discolored, in addition the pool itself had begun to heave causing damage to deck and walls, it took numerous calls and texts to the owner , Dennis ******** to have him review the new and unresolved issues. When he did look the damage, he stated that the heaving was due to water from a near by reservoir. This is not possible due to the fact the reserve is downgrade from our property. Than he told us a "different pipe " was leaking, without any reliable confirmation of where that pipe was or not. Mr. ******** is seem to provide every reason why the current issues cannot be related to issues that were not addressed per contract or plain faulty work, without in-depth diagnosis .

            Ann,you called me 3 months after your resurface to show me your pool was loosing water at your return. A broken pipe. This has nothing to do with your pool resurface. Yiur deck was cracked and pool was leaking at main drain,and crack in pool. Those leaked and crack is fixed . Your pool is leaking from a broken return line.
            When I showed you the area that was leaking, you acknowledge it,and said you would get back with me. Thus is the first response back ,o the BBB?
